The high performance Numark NS7FX is perhaps the best product by Numark. Numark set out to develop a controller that give DJ the optimal computer DJ experience. Numark worked together with Serrato and achieved just that.

The NS7FX combines a mixer with two motorized turntables, real vinyl, and professional quality audio interface to answer the needs of advanced and professional DJs. The unit is designed with powerful effects controls that will allow you to manipulate the different effects built into the Serato ITCH software that comes with the NS7FX.

The Numark NS7FX mixer is equipped with faders, knobs, controls, buttons and the new Strip Search virtual needle drop that can be integrated with the ITCH software. The mixer can be used with either a Mac or PC for a computer-based DJ system. It provides the feel of real turntables and vinyl combined with the flexibility of a digital DJ controller.

The NS7FX is easy to setup because it was designed for Serato ITCH. All you have to do is plug and start playing.

Platter-icious!
Two high torque aluminum platters feature both modern and classic settings.Real vinyl records with 45 rpm adapters can be played on the NS7FX.
The controller uses solidly built, rubberized buttons and knobs to provide high-precision performance. High-quality replaceable CP-PRO crossfader and D-TYPE line faders are used for the mixer. Both the CP-PRO crossfader and D-Type digital VCA linefaders are known for their long-life performance. The crossfader offers contour and reverse adjustment so you can customize its operation just the way you like it.

Simple Operation
With the Numark NS7FX, you won’t need a mouse or keyboard. It’s simple to operate, with its knobs and backlit buttons that let you navigate through your music library. Onboard audio outputs allow you to connect to a PA system or powered speakers. The output from the NS7FX is 24-bit, 44.1 kHz digital audio output via XLRs and RCAs. On the front panel are the mic input, RCA line input, and 1/4-inch and 1/8-inch headphone outputs with volume control.
An integrated laptop stand provides safe and secure mounting for your laptop. The NS7FX elevates your laptop off the table. Thus the effective footprint of the unit is relatively small. NS7FX effect controller can be mounted on the laptop stand, allowing you to control the integrated effects without taking up additional space for your setup.


Digital Audio
The NS7FX has onboard audio outputs to connect to powered speakers or other powered systems with XLR or RCA connectors (24-bit, 44.1kHz digital audio). The front panel contains a mic input, an RCA line input, and both 1/4" and 1/8" headphone outputs with volume control.
Numark includes a laptop stand that supplies safe, secure mounting for your laptop.

I love it. Get one.
Everything you could want in a set of turntables. From the ability to change between fader stop/star, adjust the time of stop/start, pitch bend, and ghost loop, the NS7 can handle any demand a professional DJ can throw at it.
All of the parts are well built. I have no problems with the sound output or any of the materials. High quality construction, has held up very well in the year that I have had it. However, my advice to anyone who buys this: BUY A CASE, JUST IN CASE. Numark makes one specifically for this that I bought before I started gigging with it. Essential to facilitate transportation and ensure that your investment stays safe.
You pay for what you get. If you want the top of the line, be prepared to shell out the big bucks for it. If you're serious about your craft, you will not regret your purchase.
