"I want to thank you and the team for being so helpful and quick with a problem I had. One of speakers I recently purchased from Factory direct was damaged when it arrived. The other three were great and sound awesome. I used the live chat feature on the site and Sasha Letourneao assisted me. She asked a few questions and in no time I had a replacement speaker coming my way. Thank you for the quick service, great customer service, and superb products. I will certainly shop at Factory Direct in the future."

SM Pro Audio Introduces DiDock Live MP3 Player Docking Station
Thanks to the introduction of SM Pro Audio's new DiDock Live MP3 player docking station, the integration of Apple's iPod with professional live sound reinforcement systems has never been easier. Expanding on the core feature set of the company's popular DiDock, the new DiDock Live lets users mix external signals with the iPod audio stream and set mix levels for the combined signals independently at the master and headphone outputs. "The external left/right inputs are a simple but very powerful addition to the DiDock," explained SM Pro Audio's co-founder John Fuller. "Users can easily bring in a click track for live performance, or blend in the feed from a monitor system or external mixer." Independent master and monitor/headphone mixes can be quickly created using the L/R input balance control, mono summing switch, and separate volume control for the external signal level feeding the headphone output. Completing the picture are L/R transformer-isolated XLR outputs with independently switchable ground lifts, a Left/Center/Right output select switch, a "charger" mode for making sure your iPod is always ready to roll, and a remote control input for operating the iPod. "Don't forget the excellent technical specs," added SM Pro Audio president Danny Olesh. "The circuitry in Di Dock Live is optimized for iPod playback, so you get the cleanest, quietest audio possible. "For venues such as night clubs and restaurants, this means that an iPod can provide the background music source with no compromise in audio fidelity. And performers can use an iPod for their entire backing track, or simply as a convenient way to play MP3s while the band is on break. DiDock Live has a suggested retail price of $229.99.
