CanadaThe shipping rates for Canada apply to the southern provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec only. Sorry we do not ship outside of the provinces listed above. All duty, GST and brokerage fees are included in the Canadian shipping cost. You will not have to pay any additional fees. We have had problems with lost and damaged products shipping with all other carriers including USPS. We only ship UPS. Please attach your phone number with your payment so that UPS can contact you if necessary. Payments received before 5pm EST on standard business days will ship out on that day. We ship to physical addresses only via UPS (No PO Boxes, APO or AFO addresses). If the provided address is incorrect or deemed undeliverable by UPS, the buyer will be responsible for any additional fees to deliver the order. Any payments received after 5pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Items are shipped via UPS; a tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the items leave our warehouse.
OnlyFactoryDirect takes great care to package all larger items in double boxes to ensure safe delivery. In the event an item is damaged in transit, OFD must be contacted within 3 business days from date of delivery. OFD will process a damage claim with UPS, the total contents and packaging are required to be made available for UPS to pick up. OFD will arrange for your product to be replaced, all damage claim replacements are shipped via UPS Ground.

We do not accept money orders or cashier's checks. However, if you do not have a Paypal account or Major Credit Card, a Visa / MC / AMEX Gift Card can be purchased at your local convenience store.
